Refunds Policy
Effective Date: 5th March 2025.
This Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued by DigiMarto (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) for digital products and services (“Products”) purchased through our website.
By accessing, purchasing, or using any Product offered by DigiMarto, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth herein.
1. General Policy on Refunds
As DigiMarto provides digital products and electronic services, all sales are considered final.
Digital goods are delivered instantly or made available for immediate download; therefore, we do not offer refunds once the purchase has been completed, except as explicitly provided in this Policy.
Customers are solely responsible for reviewing all product descriptions, previews, and specifications prior to purchase. Completion of a purchase constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms.
2. Limited Circumstances for Refund Eligibility
Notwithstanding Section 1, the Company may, in its sole discretion, approve a refund under the following limited circumstances:
2.1 Non-Delivery of Product
A refund may be issued if the Customer does not receive access to the purchased Product due to a verified system error attributable to DigiMarto and our support team is unable to resolve the matter.
2.2 Technical Failure
If a material technical issue occurs that prevents the Customer from accessing or using the Product and such issue cannot be remedied by DigiMarto within a reasonable time frame, a refund may be granted.
2.3 Product Not Downloaded
If the Customer has not downloaded, accessed, or otherwise used the digital Product, and a refund is requested due to an approved issue under Sections 2.1 or 2.2, the Company may process a refund.
3. Conditions Under Which Refunds Will NOT Be Issued
Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances, including but not limited to:
The Product has already been downloaded, accessed, or used.
Dissatisfaction based on personal preference, misunderstanding of product features, or lack of product compatibility due to Customer hardware/software.
Claims arising from Customer error unrelated to DigiMarto’s systems.
For clarity, once a digital Product has been downloaded or accessed, it is deemed delivered and fulfilled, and therefore ineligible for refund consideration.
4. Refund Processing Time
If a refund request is approved pursuant to this Policy:
The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.
Processing may take five (5) to seven (7) business days, depending on the Customer’s bank, payment provider, or financial institution.
DigiMarto shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
5. Customer Responsibilities
The Customer agrees to:
Review all product details prior to purchase;
Provide accurate information when submitting a refund request;
Cooperate with DigiMarto’s support team to troubleshoot any technical issues.
Failure to comply with these requirements may result in denial of a refund request.
6. Company Rights
DigiMarto reserves the right to:
Modify or update this Policy at any time without prior notice;
Decline refund requests that do not meet the criteria outlined herein;
Request additional information or proof to validate the Customer’s claim.
The version of this Policy in effect at the time of purchase shall govern that transaction.
